Our History

The firm was founded in 1985 by Paul Kingham and Nicholas Liu, who met while working at the Liverpool branch of Grant Thornton before setting up their practice together.

Their professional expertise and wide-ranging interests enabled Kingham & Co to grow and prosper serving clients across a variety of sectors both in Liverpool and the wider region, and since Paul Kingham’s retirement, that same ethos has continued under Nicholas Liu’s guidance as Senior Partner.
